Free shipping program / blank stock and custom domestic orders:
Orders of $400.00 (NET) or more (value of blank product only) per shipment, per location, are forwarded by regular ground delivery, freight prepaid, by the carrier of our choice.
The value of domestic finishings, below minimum charges, digitizing charges, taxes, etc. (but not limited to), are not considered as part of the value of the product.
 Freight surcharges, such as beyond charges etc. (but not limited to) are considered additional costs and will be charged accordingly.

Processing Time 
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates 
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, and weight. Shipping charges will be communicated to you after your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive a shipping quote before any payment is processed for shipping.

Delivery Estimates
Canada: 2–7 business days after shipment

Carriers
We ship via Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, and Midland depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
Gama Promotions Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons, additional delays may occur.
